Zero mounting hardware
Good shield with zero hardware to mount it! They need to fix this because manyother people have had same problem...

cumbersome
cumbersome to install, I expected better from dewalt. seems ok to wear, with hard hat, they hit my prescription glasses, and prescription safety glasses. I will have to find lower profile prescription glasses to fit below.

Short clips
Customer service is a joke. Clips for 30.00 safety lens and the clips to mount it to the helmet were too short. Amazon linked me to Dewalt and I was told by Dewalt that it was Amazon that needed to handle it. The clips are sealed inside the bag. It should not matter what merchant I purchased it from.
