Works well. The box of included saws, however, does not hold them in place. A bit heavy, but can be handled with one hand.

Tool, yes. But the details are a mess
The jigsaw function, itself, works as expected. But, every other aspect of this seems to have been designed to add unneeded complication. Setting the angle, working the safety plate, etc, all take more steps than they should, and will likely just get skipped. Also, there is no extra battery, so when it is dead, you have to wait for it to recharge. A note about where to get a fitting battery would be quite useful.

good NoCordless jigsaw
The quick change release is on backwards. So I can't put a blade in . They sold me a used one that was broke

nice jig saw w/ orbital feature, but no spare battery
This actually performs pretty well especially in orbital mode. The blade release is impossible to get to with the blade guard installed so in no time that will get lost. Safety features should be easy to use or they will no doubt be removed. I'm not crazy about the hex wrench stored on the side of the tool that is needed to change the plate angle. That too will certainly fall out and get lost. The dust port doesn't do much and does require a vacuum to be effective. There is an LED light which works fine during cutting. There is only 1 battery included and no mention of what kind of battery to get as a spare or where to get one. Everything comes in a zippered soft case but I would have preferred a hard, blow-molded case. I think the biggest problem with this tool is the availability of a spare battery, but other than that it works fine.

Yes it is cheap, that's why I bought it. I only had a corded Milwaukee which is a great saw but I was looking for a cordless one for mobile application. I used it one time and will never use it again. I bought a Makita and love it more than the Milwaukee tool. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra for a good power tool. You get what you pay for.
