Quality of pieces not great
Good challenging puzzle to do but poor quality pieces which damage easily, especially when breaking up the puzzle to put back in its box, such a shame.

A very fun jigsaw puzzle for dog lovers with a great extra activity to enjoy when you finish too
This is such a fun jigsaw puzzle featuring lots and lots of dogs! The puzzle comes shrink wrapped and when you open this wrapping you'll find a very sturdy box. Inside you'll find the puzzle pieces kept together in a paper bag along with a glossy folded paper in the box which is printed on both sides, on one side with the final image of what the puzzle should look like, and on the other side with a ghosted image of the puzzle and each dog shape shown outlined with a corresponding number. This side of the paper is supposed to be used after you've completed the main jigsaw puzzle, giving you an extra activity to enjoy. The puzzle image is lovely with so many different dogs all thrown together in this image. These 'good dogs' as they are referred to in the instructions, are all of different breeds and they are illustrated really well. The puzzle pieces are of very good quality card and with a smooth finish to them. Putting the puzzle together is proving to be very fun and I like the additional game that is on the other side of the glossy paper.Once you've completed the jigsaw puzzle you are supposed to be able to play another game. On the side of the paper with each dog outlined within the puzzle and numbered, you also have a place to write the dog's breed on the same paper. Naming each dog breed shown is the game to play and the answers to all of these can be found online. I like this additional game as it gives you something else to do once the jigsaw puzzle is finished. And it is fun to name all the dog breeds, something I'm still working through as I really don't think I know them all! Overall this is a very fun puzzle and one with a fun extra activity too, and one which I'm sure will be enjoyed by many. :)

Too difficult and no answers
Some of the pieces were joined together already, but a quick rummage through to separate them, solved that problem. However, the paper backing does split and lift easily. I do like that the pieces come in a paper bag, rather than plastic. I could open it without it tearing and hence, reuse it. I did notice that the picture was mainly a sea of off white, brown and orange. Unfortunately, I couldn't complete the puzzle as I found it far too challenging. Also, the picture provided doesn't have the correct background colours, which doesn't help.I did try guessing the breeds from the provided picture, but ran into multiple problems. Some dogs look the same and many aren't accurate enough with their features. Furthermore, none of them are the correct size, relative to each other. As an example, the chihuahua is the biggest one! I got a handful of breeds, but needed help for the others, but I couldn't find the clues and answers. The sheet inside the box says the answers are on the website. I followed the QR code and with further looking around, found nothing. However, the box and the website say they're in the box.

Really tricky!
Item reviewed: 128 Good Dogs jigsawThis is such a tricky jigsaw to complete. I've never known a jigsaw take me this long. It's a nice picture, especially if you're a dog-lover, but most of the colours are very similar - even the border took a long time to put together! The pieces are well-cut with no ripping or pieces still being stuck together. Great value for money as it will take ages to complete! Definitely not recommended for children.
