Fabulous OLED ultra ultra wide monitor
I bought the 49" 144hz OLED version, which replaced my 8 year old Acer Predator 34".Firstly, the vesa bracket for wall mounting works great, and I have this sitting on the wall. The ambilight isn't Philips usual one so it doesn't change colour with what's happening on the screen, but that's a gimmick anyway, and the backlighting is a nice touch (if somewhat muted, although it's worth noting my wall is grey so nothing will really stand out). The image quality is stunning, and it's great for both desktop work and for gaming. For desktop I use Fancyzones to split the screen into 3 zones which maximises productivity for me, and gaming is just jaw dropping (Escape from Tarkov on this screen is incredible). The sound is good for a monitor, although windows notifications are a bit jarring and rattly, but overall very good considering this is just a monitor. What swung it for me in terms of buying the Philips over the Samsung (I paid £679 for this on Black Friday...the samsung was only £30 more) is the burn in warranty. OLEDs are susceptible to burn in, and the fact that this is covered by Philips gave me peace of mind. One thing to bear in mind - you need to run pixel refresh reasonably frequently, which will switch the panel off for 10 minutes...it will force you to do this after (I think) 14 hours of use between refreshes. I usually do it manually when I'm making a coffee during the middle of the day. It's a bit annoying, but inevitable if you have an OLED (and want to keep the screen pristine for years to come).Highly recommended (and it's not too big despite thinking OMG when I first opened the box).

So far so good
I have had many kinds of monitors and TVs over the years; like CRT, plasma, or 3D LCD; and I believe I can say that for the price I got this one (slight discount over the RRP) this was an excelent purchase in terms of image quality vs price. There are not many games that work "properly" with this kind of monitor but the ones that do look fantastic. However there are a few things to keep in mind if you are considering to get this or a similar OLED monitor:1. Large OLED screens can be a bit delicate. You have to mind the warnings and instructions, like pixel refreshing, so images don't get burn into the screen or permanent stains show up.2 These can consume a lot more energy that the average monitor or even big screen TV's especially if you want to use it for videogames. So in countries where electricity is not mindlessly debauched like here the UK this can be quite expensive.3. Besides point #1, physically the whole monitor is more delicate than the average monitors. When assembling or moving round better get help and don't just lay it on it's side on a table as this will probably damage it. Also when cleaning the screen be careful to not use anything abrasive or coarse.4 This monitor may not be as straightforward to use as regular ones. If you use it for office work or general web use you will probably use it with HDR off and power saving features on, and for specific computer games you will change to the opposite settings5. For PC games if you want to use it with the latest games and you want them to look good you will need the hardware to match, otherwise it's kind of pointless. Also old PC games can look ugly with HDR enabled or in screens wider than they were designed for.In other words only some PC games and select movies/videos will look beautiful in this screen. For any other uses you are better off with a regular one size-fits-all LCD or LED monitor with a 16:9 aspect ration.I wouldn't recommend this or any other OLED 32:9 aspect ratio monitors for office work or regular usage. In fact for office work I would recommend to stick to regular single or dual screen setup instead of 21:9 or 32:9, or OLED monitors.

A stunning monitor that's excellent value but 1 star short of greatness
Pros:Impressive size and excellent productivity with Fancy ZonesPicture-by-picture feature enables dual inputs, great for multitaskingAffordable way to achieve a dual-monitor setup with OLED technologyOLED screen quality is excellent; colors and contrast are impressiveMounting on an arm is a good option to save desk spaceCons:Dual input feature is finicky to enable/disableOSD is basic and could benefit from improvementRemote control conflicts with Philips TV remote, causing interferenceAmbiglow lighting is limited compared to Philips Ambilight and doesn’t support dual inputsPixel refresh is somewhat slow, and monitor doesn’t turn back on automatically when completePlastic back casing feels less premium when moved or adjustedText clarity is slightly inferior to LCD but becomes less noticeable over timeSummary: This monitor provides a cost-effective entry into the OLED space with a dual-monitor setup. The display quality is outstanding, making it a strong choice for productivity. However, a few design limitations—such as the basic OSD, minor inconveniences with dual-input functionality, and lower-quality build materials—keep it from feeling fully premium. Small improvements would make this monitor exceptional, and Samsung’s competing models may offer some of these refinements. Nonetheless, for its price, this monitor still offers great value and performance.

Probably the best 49" Ultra-wide as well as amongst the cheapest
Bought this to make working from home less of a hassle. The built in KVM with 90w power delivery mea I just connect the work laptop to usb-c swap monitor input, and of you go.The picture is outstanding, the DTS speakers sound really good.I got the 144Hz version as I have a 4070 Super which is not going to push 7.3 million pixels past 144 FPSWish I bought one earlier.
