The spray goes on clear just as stated in the listing and creates a protective barrier. It is easy to use as you just have to spray it on and let it dry. I used it on car electrical connectors to both protect the contacts inside the connector from oxidation and corrosion and help with future connector separation. With its water displacing and protective attributes, I think this will be a great product for all of the electrical connectors on vehicle connectors under the hood and underneath the vehicle, which as subject to water intrusion. I think, for the occasional user, this is a great value and will likely last many years.
