Have been using this for many years.

Poor quality
Gel is not properly spreading across the mask & medium size is very small .Plastic parts like O2 tube connector & the strap connector are of poor quality as the O2 connect started breaking up just over a month of the purchase. This product do not have return policy but if the quality is not good as a customer what we can do ?

Needs a little getting used to. Need to try different combinations to get the perfect fit. If the fit is not proper, it can lead to hurting on the nose bridge.

Slightly defective product
The product seems to have a minor defect. The gel of the mask is not perfectly sitting in its place. As if it were slightly bigger than the socket where it is supposed fit perfectly.
