This is an excellent device. Everyone should have one of these at home.
I was an EMT for 18 years had to use the old BP cuff and the sphygmomanometer. This little gem is amazing…. When I go to the Veterans Administration Office, my cardiologist, my pain therapist, it is amazing. Some of those nurses have no clue how to use a BP cuff anymore. It is very accurate. I’ve even done it with a few paramedics at a local ambulance. They said they use the wrist device more often than not. I love this thing. Actually used it on one of my neighbors who felt bad and had to call 911 because she was throwing PVCs. She’s doing OK now by the way.

Wrist strap didn't fit. Not manufacturer's fault.
The strap did not fit well around my wrist. I'm a large person and that is probably why. I have to return the item.

Accurate Readings
From Home Health RN - Accurate readings when compared to manual BP cuff results. I found very little difference in readings whether on left wrist vs. right wrist so long as the wrist with BP cuff is placed across the chest, level with the heart.

Not sure I'd recommend it.
While this wrist blood pressure monitor works, I'm honestly not very satisfied and find it hard to recommend, especially given the price. My main concern is accuracy; when I compared its readings to my reliable arm cuff monitor, this wrist unit was consistently off, sometimes by enough points to cause unnecessary worry. Part of the problem seems to be how difficult it is to get my arm positioned perfectly at heart level, and the strap itself feels awkward and doesn't always stay securely in place. Beyond the accuracy issues, the display isn't backlit, making it surprisingly difficult to read the results unless I'm in very bright light, and the cuff feels quite uncomfortable during measurements. It might be convenient for a quick check, but due to the questionable accuracy and usability issues, I just don't feel I can rely on it.

Compared to professional CVS BP monitor. See photos!
I am blown away on the accuracy. I purchased a the popular IHealth arm cuff monitor because I was told they are more accurate than wrist. Well that monitor gave me so much anxiety I almost ended going to the ER multiple times with reading similar to 160/140!!! I researched a lot and ended up getting an Omron arm cuff. I was getting different kind of wild numbers on it such as low systolic BP and high dystolic. Used it for five six days with many readings during the day and it never showed a difference of more than 20 in the top and bottom #s (for example 90/80, 100/90, 90/75, 110/90, 120/100 slight variations of that).BOTH IHealth and Omron gave me extreme anxiety thinking something was wrong with me.Meanwhile I kept using this wrist monitor that was showing me more realistic #s to the way I actually felt. I decided to test it out against a professional CVS monitor and was blown away with the results. It confirmed my thoughts from the beginning that this monitor was the most accurate out of all of the 3. While I still have a long way to get my BP under control I do trust this machine. See pictures, they speak for themselves.Note: While I know Omron is a great trusted brand and I most likely got a faulty, wrongly collaborated one I feel confident now this wrist one gives me accurate results just as I suspected all along.

Works great and pretty accurate.
Works great! Batteries lasted about 2 months with multiple daily uses. Pretty accurate too! Compared with a real automatic cuff and a manual BP, and never had a huge difference in results. Read the directions first!5/5 would purchase again.

Inaccurate
I got this to use on the go after my heart attack. I have a good one at home but wanted this for taking to work and to our camp. Unfortunately the results on this are inaccurate when I compared it to my calibrated one. Gave me quite a scare at first. I will need to get a higher quality one for sure.
