Worked Great
Worked great for what we used it for. I steeped it in heavy cream that was later used to make a whipped cream frosting. It definitely had a nice lavender flavor.

Excellent for infusing honey
I used these to infuse fresh honey, and even after a short amount of time (simmering 20-30 mins) you could really taste the difference. The honey-lemon-mascarpone tarts that resulted, tasted delicious. I'm excited to try a longer infusion, and more recipes!
