Updated review!Soundpeats read my review and reached out to me with the nicest follow up message I have ever received from a company. 5 stars!I have been buying these wired headphones from Soundpeats for years. I have only repurchased them when I have lost a set, never because of performance issues or them breaking or not working.The model I have been buying is no longer available. This is the upgraded or newer version.Pros: They now have a Universal C charging port. No more needing a special cord to charge. Though, they always came with the cord. It just meant I had to take it to my car or on vacation with me and couldn't just take 1 cord.Cons: I feel like I can really hear a lot of the noises around me. The older version of this model seemed to cancel noise out better. However, neither model specifically supports noise canceling so this isn't a defect in the headphones, just something I am noticing.I am going to try another model from this company, probably wireless, that does have ANC. The company itself has always been high quality and the one time I had any issues, someone from the company got in touch with me immediately to figure out what was going on and how they could make it right, showing me they really care about their customers and backing up their products. Customer for life!

I have purchased 9 sets of this exact product. Having the microphone so it can be put close to voice in a windy environment is critical. The 22 hours of battery life is critical to my use as I am a cattleman who is outside 18 hours a day and text is how we communicate on the Ranch. The battery life is the most critical piece of this headset. I appreciate the USB C port on the new set!!! About time!!... THIS NEW HEADSET has HALF the volume of the previous sets. The Power On/Off and "Your headset is connected" voice is hardly audible. Why would they decrease volume when you have a volume key on the headset. I am SURE this was done for a reason, but change the volume back to normal. THIS PRODUCT STILL HAS A VERY DISTINCT USE AS A PRODUCT! Ear buds may be nice for those not in the Muscular Class but going into the ear is critical for us to hear in a loud environment working alone. PLEASE keep this product but the volume must be louder

Great sound but missing a featureSo I'll start out by saying I was very impressed by the packaging and love the fits of the earbuds especially the fact that you can put wing tips and different ear buds if your ears are different sizes. Secondly the sound is really good from a music standpoint and microphone seems to be behaving well in phone calls but not entirely clear.The two issues I found with these is I thought that they would cut power off once the magnet is connected but instead they still keep going so you essentially have to pause the music to remember that they're still on even if they're magnetically connected. This was a feature of my previous headset had that I thought this one would have as well but it doesn't.Second issue is it does not confirm that app text is working via the Bluetooth menu or the app from soundpeats which does not connect to these headphones. Which means there is 0 EQ settings. Unfortunately I will not be able to keep these and will be sending them back to Amazon.

This is my 6th pair of this exact device the only reason I've had to replace them is because I damaged them up to this pair they've been the perfect solution for me for all applications mostly because the battery is ridiculously long life but one good thing is that they did finally change to a c charge it used to be micro which required having to find an actual micro when everything is C connection so they fixed that.Battery is good for about 20 hours on 1 charge. Sound pets customer service is the best online you'll ever deal with.

So I’ve been buying Soundpeats for years now because they’re a good price for a decent product. But THESE ONES! THEYRE THE BEST SOUNDING HEADPHONES I’VE EVER HAD. I almost don’t want to write this review lest they sell out or the price goes up. The depth of sound and 5.2 is unparalleled. Bass is incredible. Wow. Just wow.

Excellent sound quality, very long battery life. The only thing I would change is the blue LED light which is always on while connected. I recommend these if you want a dependable set of earbuds with a battery that lasts all day. A very nice case is also included :)
