This is a fantastic product. I had been suffering with increasing vaginal odour post menopause to the point where I felt it was becoming a problem. Within days of taking this everything was back to normal.

I ordered Intimate Probiotics supplement from the Amazon brand Betterhealth. Aimed specifically at women it is a proboitic mix which aims to restore balance in th gut and intimate areas. The supplement contains ten different types of probiotics, as wells active ingredients vitamins C and vitamin D3, sea bucktorn and ashwagandha. it also contains prebiotics Galactooligosaccharide and Fructooligosaccharides (FOS).This is a very comprehensive and well thought out mix, where you get a lot of bang for your buck. However let's be clear, you are certainly parting with plenty of bucks for the honour; At two capsule sper day, you get one months supply here for the cost of £29.75.This is a very specific and interesting blend with is unlikely to be replicated elsewhere.Five stars

Rubbish don't work as stated. Total waste of money

This supplement contains 60 capsules and will last thirty days as the recommended serving is two per day preferably taken at meal times. It is a complex with 60B CFU plus prebiotic supported by the addition of Vitamin D3, B12, Ashwagandha and sea buckthorn.The capsules are a normal size, and although they have a faint malty smell and flavour, they don't leave any aftertaste. I also found them easy to swallow. I have not experienced any ill effects from taking them, and they do seem to keep my digestive system running smoothly.They are suitable for vegetarians but not vegans as they contain milk. There are no added sugars, sweeteners or preservatives. It also states that there are no added colours yet in the paragraph above this information it mentions that an ingredient in the product is considered a food dye. I found this somewhat contradictory.Apart from this, in my opinion, I consider this to be a good supplement.

Since taking these supplements I’ve had less bloating and stomach issues. The probiotics help level out your pH balance. You need to take 2 capsules per day. They’re fairly big but not overly difficult to swallow with water. Doesn’t leave much of an after taste. This pot contains a 30 day supply (60 capsules) A bit pricy so it would be expensive to keep taking these every month.

As someone who is prone to having unbalanced pH levels, especially after my period, these probiotics haven't worked for me at all. I waited until I had taken all of them and kept going to the end so I could give a genuine review. Personally, there has been no change. I don't feel any better, and my balance seems to be the same despite taking these every day as directed. Either I have a genuine medical problem or these pills don't work for me. It's a shame because I really wanted them to work.
