This commode has been exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and the padded seat works great for my injured hip. My Grandson put it together for me and he did have to secure the plastic bucket underneath but other than that I would have given it a solid 10. It's a 9, I'd buy it again though.

My 10 year-old had major surgery on her legs which required a bedside bathroom. This toilet is very sturdy and not flimsy at all. The side/bars/handles go down making it easy to transition her from one place to the toilet. Insurance did not cover a bedside toilet for us, but I don't think they would have sent home this nice one anyway. My daughter likes the cushy seat as well. We ended up screwing the splash guard to the bottom of the seat to make it more secure.

High quality construction, seems very durable. Drop arms are a very helpful feature. Split ring seat helpful for the ladies in need of this bedside commode. Adjustable seat back is a nice touch. Only disappointment is the bucket seems a little light duty for this application. It works ok though.Very nicely packaged and easy to assemble. Floor to top of seat is approximately 19 inches at the lowest height setting. Would have given a five-start rating if the bucket was a little heftier. Would definitely recommend this item.

It literally broke the second time it was used. The pins holding the arms on the sides snapped off. The website for replacement or broken pieces doesn't exist. And their customer support number calls some number in Wisconsin that never actually went through

My 90-something Mom loves this commode cuz it's comfortable and very sturdy. You can tighten the arms with provided wrench so it will always be sturdy. I got another commode that had wobbly arms which could not be tightened & had to return it cuz Mom was terrified to use it. And that one had over 2,000 reviews! This is a bit tricky to put together but doable. Overall good purchase & clearly way better than the one with a zillion reviews.

My mother is a 92 year old who needs assistance. This item fits over her toilet and when she needs to stand up is a solid item with hand rails that help her greatly. Its sits solidly over her toilet and she can really press hard on the handles when standing up. A great help for her!

Very uncomfortable - hurts butt to sit on. It looks nice and fits welll but I can’t sit more than a few minutes on it without my butt really starting to hurt.

I ordered this for my wife to use, and it meets our expectations. I wanted something sturdy but adjustable. The padded seat and back are nice features. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble - mostly tightening two screws with the allen wrench. It was a little difficult in the tight space.Overall, I'm happy with this commode and would recommend it.
