Very nice
The media could not be loaded. I got a Lumix S5IIX a couple of months ago and one of the features of the camera is you can shoot in some "pro" formats. The problem comes with needing to record straight to an SSD to use some of those formats. Not wanting to rubber band my SSD to my cage I decided to try this. I've heard of Sirui, but this is my first product from them. The build quality is very good, all metal. It comes with the holder, the removable cold shoe mount, and an allen key. The allen key is used to attach the cold shoe to the mount, it can only go in one way. There are a few adjustments you can make on this product. You can adjust for the size of the SSD you are using, there is a knob to lock in your data cable, and there is a knob to move the data cable lock, in case it's not in the middle on your SSD.If you are using this with a top handle I would recommend not attaching this mount to it and go with a different part of your cage. It will still work, but it makes it so there is less handle to grab onto. Unless of course you are using a tripod, then it wouldn’t matter. All in all, this is a very well made SSD holder, especially at this price. So, if you are in the market for one I would definitely give this one a try, you won't be disappointed.

Brilliant
This is a brilliant SSD Holder. When I first got my Blackmagic cameras, I was using Samsung T5 SSDs, and there were several nicely made holders where the T5 could just slip in. These days, the T5s are discontinued and the T7 / T9 shield are what's being used. Problem with these is the thick silicone armor on the outside prevents them from fitting into the old T5 holders. While I do have a few which open and close with spring tension, they are really difficult to use and still don't hold it that securely. This new Sirui mount has gripping sides which open and close by turning a screw. That way you can easily open and close the holder without difficulty and risk of damaging the SSD or connector.Honestly, this is by far the best T7 holder I have found and will become my standard SSD holder on all my cameras going forward!

Well machined disk holder
This fits the Samsung t7 hard drive perfectly, and the clamp for the cable to protect it and prevent it from coming out is very useful. The photos I uploaded show that it also fits perfectly with the silicone corner protector I put on it. If you have a need to keep a hard drive mounted and connected near a camera, this is a solution that is well-designed appears to be built with reliability as a top priority. If you use the hot shoe mount, as I have, it may be worth putting some thread lock on it just to prevent vibrations (like from being in the trunk of a vehicle on a bumpy road) from causing the bolt to loosen.

Perfect
This SSD holder is highly adjustable to fit pretty much any size and configuration of SSD out there, and that includes the clamp for the USB C cable.

Probably understated but well designed
It's very good inconvenient in its sole purpose, I use the T series of Samsung solid state drives so I decided to get this so that I could direct the record in my camera or at least have it out of my back pocket and directly attached. It holds secure and it's very hefty so I hope it last a while.

A pick up for videography
A solid SSD clamp for my camera. I really like you can adjust and dial in exactly what size you need for any particular SSD you might have. Has a cold shoe mount and has a cable management of sorts to help with the clutter. Definitely a pick up especially if you're into video recording.

Its good
It's made well, a quality Sirui product. Will be using it for mounting SSD to a BlackMagic 6k camera. 5/5

All metal build quality
This SSD mount bracket is all metal and sturdy. Most Sirui mounts I've tried are rock solid and this is no exception. The mount itself will be heavier than most SSDs so this is designed for camera rigs rather than lightweight phone gigs.I couldn't figure out how to attach the cold shoe mount. It has some type of non-standard screw with a square shaped end which I couldn't figure out how to use, since there's no manual included. I hope Sirui will add more descriptions on how to use the cold shoe mount.

Not used it in a work environment yet
I think the price is ahigh for what it does , as are its rivals, Phone clamps which are basically the same are half the price. Its well made and should have a long lfe span, only the price is my concern
