Love this door! Better than I expected 👍

REALLY disappointed with quality! We have not been able to get the 2 larger doors that we bought to work properly. My handyman husband has tried everything he knows to do, including buying a new track- that didn't help. Our contractor friend wasn't able to fix it either. The only way to keep them closed is to push them in so far they invert and even then they don't always stay shut. Wouldn't buy again.

My house had some old metal bi-fold doors that were noisy and looked embarrassing. Wife said they have to go. I installed four sets of the new doors, now I’m a hero. They were very easy to install and look beautiful. Great quality. Before and after pictures say it all. Oh, by the way, my furnace, washer and drier are behind the door. Much quieter now.

These doors are good for the price. A few concerns:1: needed sanding before painting- didn't take much but worth it to hand sand the doors with a fine sandpaper.2: the 2 doors fell apart when I was positioning them- the screw plate holding the doors together wasn't installed well.3: multiple dings during shipping. Pro: there was minimal extra packing material- no styrofoam, only a light protective wrap and one reinforced cardboard strip along one side of the door. Con- there are several small dings in the doors and one minor crack.Overall the doors are very nice for the money and very solid wood

Ordered 2 sets of doors for closets easy to install product made very well

Product arrived in apparently good condition. However, the upper trac was bent and coating cracked. We have had to adjust opening the doors to allow for the bent trac. The doors were falling apart at the joinings. Wide spaces exist between panels and framing. Dowels were broken off. My opening is square and the correct measurement. Doors had to be planed in order to fit. All in all I am very dissatisfied with the product. Our handyman is an A-1 worker who basically rebuilt the unit to make it work. But he shouldn’t have had to do so. Your product sucks!

The bifold door i order came to my house broken and missing parts

Had to return the first door because of shipping damage. The second came damaged. Return was uneventiL Arrived in four days after claim. Very good solid door. Easy to scale down to needed size.
