Love Govee. I recently began my journey with accent lighting and have purchased many Govee light products. My initial entry was to set holiday lighting that I did not have to put up and take down for the outside of my house. I have since moved inside with the lighting and by far the easiest to put and have a full spectrum of lights are these cobs. Many of my projects are the M1 lights which were my go to until I purchased the cob light set. They are easy to install and no additional track and diffuser . Costs a bit more but so worth it. I hope they will extend these from the 16 ft to 32. The warm white is true and all the colors of the rainbow are available with Govee software you can change the look everyday.

Govee is giving us a great selection of lights to choose from for different areas of the house; from outside to inside. This one is super flexible and super bright, have it in an entertainment center to give the dark hole that once was some nice lighting - this is a must buy if you are into lighting...

The media could not be loaded. These are the coolest lights ever! They diffuse light so extremely well and they are applicable to an extremely wide variety of applications. I used them on the side of my wall projection for the theater room. The effects, as always for Govee, are amazing and the brightness levels are perfect. Everyone needs these. I used the 16 ft for my setup.

If you expect this strip light to look attractive fully exposed, you may be sorely mistaken. The manufacturing quality is good, and it is downright annoyingly bright at 100% setting, but what it fails at terribly is blending between colors, which is really odd as I have light strips with non-COB LED ICs that blend WONDERFULLY, but not this. Not even close. The way it was designed, there are roughly four inches that can only be one color at a time. There is no smooth blending.Normally, I prefer the strip to be only one color at a time, but wanted to have a smoothly moving line of one color, which I programmed into a strip I made with a Rasbpi and discreet LED ICs placed inside an extruded flexible silicone diffuser. I was hoping for the same effect, but my own solution, though markedly dimmer, looks SIGNIFICANTLY better. Oh well, I made use of it nevertheless.

Installed this in our kitchen island bar. Works great and is easy to setup. Added to our Google Home system which controls it perfectly. The Govee app for Android works great to change the colors and other things. The light strip gets a little warm but considering how many individual LED chips are in, 1260, it I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.

Looks sleek! Appreciate the ability to cut to length. Bright enough to illuminate this room at night.

These are awesome looking lights – when you first power them up they do a cool color wave pattern that really shows off how smooth and well-diffused the 1000+ LED lights are. Unfortunately I just couldn't get Matter to work and that's a dealbreaker for me. I followed the instructions and tried every troubleshooting suggestion I could find, but I couldn't get it connected to Apple Home or Home Assistant, but they connect to the Govee app just fine. So if you don't care about smarthome integration and are fine with controlling them through the Govee app then you'll probably love these, but otherwise your mileage may vary.

This is the top tier light strip in my opinion! It’s so easy to install. It’s a peel and stick backing. The color option are so fun. The quality and brightness are amazing. I had a ton of fun playing around with the colors. Also using it with the sync box 2.0 is dope!!!
