Easy to take Magnesium Supplement! Great taste and texture!
This is a pleasant surprise and different from other magnesium supplements I have tried. Unlike the capsule, powder or drink mix forms, this is a pleasant tasting, soft chew that is more like a treat than a supplement. Each serving provides 350mg of magnesium, which is a nice dosage to support sleep, relaxation and reduce muscle fatigue.These are gluten free, free of synthetic dyes, and vegan, which is something I appreciate and value in a supplement. They also offer high absorption. Great all around magnesium supplement.

Gomitas de magnesio
El sabor es bueno, pero las gomitas se derriten con demasiada facilidad y se adhieren al papel. Las metí al refrigerador pero ya se habían adherido al papel.

One of the most delicious gummy vitamins I've ever had. Sort of like a Starburst candy texture/taste. Love them
