A bit pricey but it really yelped me quit
I underestimated the ritual component of smoking. After I got over the cravings there was still the hand mouth fixation. This really helped with that. I love it, and if I'm stressed I can still use the device like a cig for done self soothing behavior. 10/10.

Ya but no.
Way over engineered. Way over built. Way over priced. Not enough flavor. Wonderful idea. But like a vape or a lighter easy to lose. Won’t be replacing it or recommending it.

Surprisingly Effective
I mean, it's flavored air, but using this has allowed me to add hours onto the time I do not use my vape or smoke. Each day, i try to add a little more time. Soon, I'll take a whole day off and then two, etc....

Don't expect a good "hit"
Great idea, but if you're a smoker or vape person, don't expect a good "throat hit" Flavors are weak, and smell much better than they taste.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This is absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made! The device smells like chemicals and so does the core you put in, it taste even worse. The smell is so bad that i tried it 4 hrs ago and am still nauseous because the smell is still in my nose and I can still taste it in the back of my throat. You wouldn’t even be able to use it without a core just to suck air in!! Not worth a cent! Sorry, not sorry…so disappointed!

It's growing on me.
It tastes like air that wafted through flavor a few miles back. The flavor that you do get is pleasant. Fidget part is surprisingly ok.It really is a LOT of money for a mild tasting fidget device.

Tasty Alternative
I had stopped vaping for a few years when I decided to order this. I was just feeling cravings so even though it was kind of pricey, I felt the alternative was better than wrecking my health. It worked for sure. Especially the ones that have a mintier taste.I know I'm kind of like a vegan that hasn't had meat for years lol BUT I did recommend this to a friend who was freshly trying to quit and it absolutely helped her as well.
