Healthy cooking - I had non stick one but after knowing all about toxicity I had decided to purchase cast iron one - and believe me totally worth it. Loved it

Works really great for Paniyaram/ Paddu / Guliappa
Works really great for Paniyaram !! Crispy outside and spongy inside!! Really must have if you try to make Paddu (Kannada), Guliyappa (Telugu), Gundpongalu (Telugu), Appe (Marathi), and Kuzhi Paniyaram (Tamil).

My daughter just recently learned about Abelskiver and wanted to make it herself. These worked wonderfully and are great quality.

buyer beware !
we dont feel seller wasnt upfront with us. this pan it is so smalli could probably put it in an easy bake oven. yup thats right.we were promised delivery , again and again, and again and even again.! The divits or holes were much smaller thank expected. it said 14 inches it should have been the pan size not from pan to end of the handle.. as for cast iron.. Ha !!! it was as light as our cheap teflon pans. but yet was rusty in a few placesthe pakaging says it was chinese probably from temu.... amazon gave us a portion of the cost ... but i will NEVER buy from this seller. again..sorry about the pics i couldnt get them to download, my husband could stretch his hand from one sid to the other not counting the handle. NOT impressed at all.

Works on an induction cooktop!
- Works on induction! It’s made in China and not California compliant
The pan is heavy and is indeed cast-iron however I didn’t like the fact that it’s not California compliant and it’s made in China so I’m unsure of the coating so I returned it.

The pancake pan I was looking for
This pancake pan was perfect. It makes 2" silver dollar pancakes.My father missed having the tiny pancakes from his childhood and I was lucky enough to find this pan identical to his mother's here at Amazon. My wife had no problems making the tiny pancakes and my dad loved them.Don't look at the picture with eggs, those are quail eggs or something similarly small.
