First time trying this type of holder that attaches to the rear view mirror. But I must say, I am impressed. The only thing about the design that I would change, would be the option for the lower arm to turn left/right instead of only up/down. But, my phone doesn't fall out, so that's great. I have the S24 Ultra which is a pretty big phone, but it fits perfectly in the holder with a lil extra room to spare. It is adjustable, but mainly up/down. The build quality is great, very sturdy. It is a little on the heavy side, I just hope over time it isn't to much weight for my mirror.

For me, it was a little difficult to attach to the rear view mirror. One of the pads kept coming off. Other than that, it works well.

After searching through all of the different cell phone holders, I elected to purchase this particular holder. It was more pricey, but it was totally worth it. It fits perfectly on the rear view mirror, it is exactly the right length. There is a push button in the back that releases the phone. One thing I also wanted was a bottom to hold the phone so it would not slide out of the holder. I almost made the mistake of purchasing a different holder that did not have the bottom. This one is perfect, it holds the phone securely and it is solidly made. It does not interfere with my vision, which was another concern I had. I highly recommend this cell phone holder.

Works great in my van, it puts the phone eye level. Its made with sturdy aluminum, very well made.

I traded my truck for a Jeep Wrangler and my phone holder would not work in my jeep. I ordered this holder and installed it as directions said. I am very happy with the secure fit in the mirror stem. The flexibility of the unit is great. Having driven over rough roads the holder stays very well and no vibration. This is an amazing product and I do recommend it.

Sadly, I didn't have enough space between my mirror and the bracket for this to fit. My mirror is too fat due to all the hocus pocus in it (rain sensor, garage door opener, etc...) however, the company was SUPER nice and pointed me in the right direction. The holder with the 4 'arms' by this same company holds it perfectly! After trying about 15 different products, I finally found the perfect one.

Made my mirror drop down, even though it mounts on the mirror arm. Mirror dropped down every time I hit a bump.
