Fragile Clips Ruin an Otherwise Sleek Case
I’ve had the Incase Hardshell Dots Case for my MacBook Air 15" (2023 - M2) for about 6 months, and unfortunately, one of the retention clips has already broken. As a result, one corner of the case no longer stays secure and just flops around, which is disappointing for a product that’s supposed to protect my laptop.The case has been handled with care, so this seems to be a flaw in the design—specifically, the retention clips are too small and delicate to withstand normal use. While the case looks sleek and offers decent protection, the fragility of these clips really limits its durability, especially for the price.Wouldn’t recommend if you're looking for long-term protection.
