Decent helmet.
Good helmet for the price. I love the quick release strap. The helmet is a bit mushroom head, but functional.

No padding is included.
I was a little underwhelmed when it arrived, as there was no padding in the helmet. Luckily, it was a replacement helmet, and I was able to take the padding out of my old helmet and insert it into it.
