If you are bedridden, they work great. Pee stays in wrap, you get less bedsores. Otherwise, I don’t know.

Q: For ambulatory men who want discreet protection with Jockey underwear, how flat is this? Guards are flat but have limited capacity.

We do want to mention that the QuickChange Wraps were designed for the non-ambulatory to minimally ambulatory. This is due to the specific application of the wrap and the possibility of displacement when worn by a more ambulatory male. Keeping that in mind, once the QuickChange Wrap is applied, it's about one inch thick. If worn with Jockey underwear and a loose fitting shirt, it could be less visible.
