If you don't like the taste of these supplements individually, you should try these. They taste pretty good and seem to be helping with my energy levels. They are coated in sugar so keep that in mind

Very sweet with a nice texture.
I've been using Shilajit for a while now, trying different methods such as capsules, gummies, and liquid drops. I immediately felt an increase in my energy and focus and so have kept using various forms looking for the best one for me.I can't say these were my favorite, but they had a pleasant taste and texture. They're very sweet, like eating a candy. I try not to eat candy anymore so the sweetness is nice as I'm not eating a whole bag of this.I didn't notice any side effects or negatives while using this brand's product.

Shilajit is so great for my body, but the taste isn’t always great. It always helps my energy and somehow helps my mind focus as well. These are a win!

Not sure which of three has been having the most positive effect, or if its the combination, but I have noticed a boost of energy when taking them, as well as a better mood overall. Whether it's powering through workouts or staying alert during long work hours, the natural energy boost has been consistent and sustained. The gummies are easy to take and have a pleasant taste, making them a convenient addition to my daily routine. They are a bit sugary, but I prefer my gummies to feel like candy and these are ones I look forward to taking. Their natural ingredients and its positive effect makes them easy to recommend.

Taste great like candy
I liked the flavor of these but they are very sugary, you can see in the photos they are coated in sugar crystals. No complaints other than the fact that I want to eat them like candy.
