EASY TO INSTALL
I bought this product - 12,000 BTU, 115V in January and took my time installing it. I would break it up into 2 parts. Install your electric FIRST. Make 100% certain the 20 amp switch is working before you proceed with the installation guide. The installation guide is very helpful. TAKE YOUR TIME, read the instructions (even sleep on it if you aren't certain) before you proceed with each step. There aren't very many steps to this installation. ***One thing the instructions or product information isn't clear about is that this unit most likely WILL NOT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL REFRIGERANT. They disclose this on their website, but not here on Amazon. If you use the 16ft copper refrigerant lines that come with the product, no refrigerant is needed.

Works great, uses newer R32 refrigerant.
I bought this one for my garage/workshop. Works as expected. I have replace all of my central air with mini splits for the efficiency and room by room temperature control. Did the same thing in my last house so I have a good bit of experience with them. One thing to keep in mind is there aren’t many actual manufacturers, they just change the stickers to change the brand names.

Pleasantly surprised. You could hang meat in the room.All the remote functions don't seem to work, but everything that does work, works great.

Service useless
The media could not be loaded. Terrible service. I would recommend. Product functioned for two days, then stopped. It is like yet has some leak in the system. I own a shop with 23 Marine Technicians and the customer service people were simply trying to snowball us. Offered a $120 partial discount and told us to call a service tech. Service call is worth more than the mini split. Do not purchase.

Quiet!
Just got my Yitahome 12,000 BTU mini split installed. It's not hot enough yet to see how it works cooling down the room. But when we turned it on it was so quiet we couldn't really tell if it was working or not. It was, blowing out nice cool air. It's like being stopped at a stop light and having a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud pull next to you. You can see it, know it's there but can't hear it!
