Haven't got time use yet but looks like the one the vet showed me

These urinalysis test strips are super cheap and make it convenient to keep track of certain aspects of your pet's health at home so you can keep your veterinarian updated. They cover 4 different tests, including Ketones, Glucose, Specific Gravity & pH. There is also a plastic dropper and plastic tube for inserting the test strip after you've collected the sample. The color chart is on the bottle so you will always have it available.What I would like changed: It would be great if the strips were individually wrapped to help them stay fresh longer. Every time the bottle is opened, it's an opportunity for moisture to creep in which ruins the strips. I would also like the wait time listed by each test (e.g. 30 seconds or 60 seconds) so I don't have to look it up every time. It would also be great to have a flat, laminated insert to compare the colors, too, as the curvature of the bottle sometimes makes it difficult to read accurately. Other than that, these are great strips for keeping on eye on your cat's health.

I bought this to test my dogs ketones after a diabetes/ketoacidosis diagnosis. They were super easy to use and read. Highly recommend for any pet parent to be able to test several parameters of your pets’ health status!

We test our diabetic cat's urine regularly. Unfortunately, the test strip brand we had been using is no longer available. We tried this brand. We got widely varied results (even from the same sample). We tested it against strips from our vet. The glucose, blood, and ketones were very inaccurate. (The leukocytes are inaccurate as well, but this is common for this kind of test strip.) We could not rely on these test strips and had to return them.

I like that these test strips have 16 different tests all in one strip. If I remember correctly, doing a test like this at my cat's vet doctor costs over $100 so these are well worth it. There are 100 strips in the container. I don't yet know how long they last nor how accurate they are but at least if there is problem detected one can go back to the vet doctor or pet lab for confirmation. The only difficulty is trying to get my cat to pee in a cup.

These Pawfly 100 Strips Urine Test Strips provide for a lot of testing, provided that you keep them away from the elements. I find putting Glad Press-n-Seal over the top of the container after opening it works out great. Like other test strips, a couple of the colors never match up the positive side colors, but the biggest issue I have is that the testing pads on these strips are much too close together. This causes them to run together no matter how you do the test. It causes a bit of skewing for some results. Nevertheless, you get a lot of test strips in this lot. Recommended!
