I've been trying different versions of these "amino energy drinks". This one has the most caffeine without going overboard for a nice energy level (back of my head tingles a little when i get over 100mg). Really like the mango flavor and this product, ounce for ounce was the least expensive at around $17 for 30 servings so good value. Around 30 calories along with BCAAs make it a winner for me.

Honestly its a bit weird. Its marketed as a post-workout recovery or anytime energy. It definitely seems more like a pre-workout (though a bit light on caffeine) with the BCAAs added. I'm not necessarily complaining. Its nice for a quick pick me up on off- days. But I'm not sure id want to take this after a workout that I used pre-workout for. Definitely would lead to too much caffein.

So happy I found this brand! I can feel the effects from the beta alanine and it has some caffeine to help with bcaas to kickstart my morning! Good taste and will buy again great value also!

I love the taste on the peach mango flavor, it’s excellent! Did I notice a large boost of energy after drinking it? No nothing crazy. My main concern here is after I drank it, the product made my Stanley cup smell like wet dog…super strange! Even my mom noticed the smell and she was a couple feet away from me. Maybe that’s normal for pre workout powders to have an aftermath smell? Who knows. Thank goodness I work from home, if I didn’t I’d worry that other people in the office who smell it. It’s a shame because I love this brand and their protein powders!!

Sometimes, I just want an energy boost without having to brew coffee or tea, especially on hot days. This drink truly hits the spot. Solid value to money on this. 2g of BCAA per serving along with some added EAAs. And then a bit of caffeine makes this a fairly decent energy booster for that late afternoon or morning slump.The flavor is solid. Definitely mango/peachy, but I wouldn't call it great - or even enjoyable. Both of these flavors are done regularly by a lot of companies and I feel like generally they're done a bit better than this - so I would personally not get this again until the flavor is improved a bit.If you end up liking the flavor then this a solid product if you need aminos and energy.

This amino tastes amazing! The quality of the flavor is def awesome! Mixes super well with water on a water bottle or a shaker, seems super effective as the energy boost I get has been pretty awesome. Super happy that these aminos got some caffeine in it!

I love the peach mango flavor (more mango than peach). There's a very slight bitter edge, probably from the L-citrulline because I taste it in other L-citrulline supplements too. It's not objectionable; rather it makes the overall flavor kinda like peach tea. Maybe they should lean into it and launch a fruit tea flavor.The caffeine content is lower than my other energy supplements - 120mg/serving vs 200mg for other supplements. That could be good or bad. Of course, more "stuff" means better value, but 200mg is a LOT of caffeine - equivalent to 2 espressos, so I'd have to be more mindful how much and what time of day I drink it. The lower caffeine content in this product gives me more flexibility. So not taking stars off, just pointing it out FYI.
