Absolutely wonderful value for this chair!! That said, it’s not without its drawbacks.Biggest drawback is not having adjustable arm rests… With everything else this chair has going for it, it’s almost unfathomable the arm rests cannot adjust at all to move up. As a taller person this is a serious drawback for me to have to just deal with for forever now.Also the foot rest is… Not the best— Feels flimsy and doesn’t even lock in place. Best I can say about the foot rest is that it’s better than nothing.Also as a taller person I would have liked to have been able to adjust the headrest upwards a bit and even tilt it… But much like the armrests, there is no adjustability whatsoever in the headrest. This doesn’t feel as impactful as the lack of adjustable armrests but it’s still a bummer.But otherwise it’s still super comfortable and dare I say borderline premium-feeling for this price point— so this chair still gets 5 Stars from me for the incredible value.Assembly was quick and easy and it came with extra screws and bolts (which the extra parts weren’t needed but felt like a nice safety net to have just in case).The gas-powered height adjustments for the chair are smooth and easy to use.It feels super stable and solid after assembly. And it fits my… taller and somewhat larger frame pretty darn well. The arms can also be screwed on further outward during assembly to cheat a little bit in terms of the overall width of the chair itself.The chair also reclines fairly well (albeit it typically just drops all the way back if you’re not careful as I found out). I’ll probably just keep it locked in the upright position most of the time anyway, but reclining is a nice option to have.All in all, I’m definitely keeping the chair and am pretty happy with it for this price point… Lord knows I’ve spent enough setting up my new office recently and something had to give in terms of the overall cost for this project. It you want the absolute best quality office chair then perhaps this isn’t for you- it’s not without its drawbacks and to a certain extent I have to caution that “You’ll get what you pay for.” But in my humble opinion— for around $200 you’ll be hard pressed to find a significantly better office chair than this one.

Absolutely love this chair.This can be an everyday chair, gaming chair, or office chair. The fabric is nice and soft like velvet but not with the look. The chair itself is so comfortable in all modes. Whether up right or reclined it’s very sturdy.It’s been holding about 315 lbs up right and reclining.It has a footrest, this is really the only con I see about this chair. It’s horrendous to pull out and it doesn’t feel sturdy, but it has been upright and holding.I was very happy hesitant to purchase at the price, but it’s the best chair I could’ve ever purchase for the value.Absolutely love this chair. Highly recommend for plus size peoples that are looking for a chair!

This chair is really worth the money! The appearance is simple and elegant, the workmanship is fine, and it is suitable for home/office. It feels super comfortable to sit on, the waist and back are well supported, and you won't feel tired after sitting for a long time. The wheels are smooth and silent, easy to move, and easy to install. The price is the same as the price of the product, the cost performance is super high, and the customer service attitude is also very good. I am very satisfied after using it for a few days, it is worth buying!

Great quality chair! Very easy to put together. The seat doesn’t click into the base and when you lift the chair it comes off- but only a small annoyance. Doesn’t affect the use as far as I can tell so far.The only reason it isn’t 5 star is that it is marketed for “big and tall”. I am a size 16/18 woman. Chunky but not obese. I just have a lot of junk in my trunk if you know what I mean (big bootie lol). So I opted for a larger chair for comfort. And it IS comfortable. Fits me perfect. My sides barely touch the chair, but they do touch. And I’m worried for my extra chunky friends that they will buy this expecting to fit. I would say if you are closer to 220-250 and above- skip this one.As far as the tall part goes, this would definitely work for my tall friends! I was able to lift the seat and when I sat I felt like a toddler sitting on grandmas kitchen chairs lol My feet didn’t touch the ground, so I would say 5 star for tall people!I do wish the arm rests were also adjustable. That might annoy tall friends also. They’re low even for me (5’6”). More like a hand rest lol My elbows don’t touch unless I lean to one side.Overall I am happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend- just not for my larger than me friends.

Instructions are easy to follow, but pay attention. There are a few steps where things don't install the same way on both sides.Chair is comfortable. Lumbar support is minimal at best at least sitting up.I'm 5'8 285 and the chair holds me just fine, and is comfortable wide.Armrests are sturdy so far but there is zero adjustment on the height of them.

I’ve had this chair for about two weeks now and bought it as a graduation gift to myself and honestly, it’s been amazing.This past week, I ended up in the hospital with a kidney stone and had to have a stent put in. Sitting upright has been extremely painful during recovery, but this chair has been a total lifesaver. It reclines to pretty much any angle, so I can adjust it to what’s comfortable without adding more pressure. The footrest is a great bonus, it helps keep my body relaxed and reduces pain.If you’re looking for a chair that’s supportive, adjustable, and genuinely comfortable, I highly recommend this one. It’s already made a big difference in my day-to-day comfort.

This chair has great style and comfort, I really love the lumber support and the comfy cushion feel, I could sit in the chair all day, also it was easy to assemble in about 30 minutes, use a portable drill with the hex head to assemble, you will be installing about 25 screws and use the box it comes in as a work bench when installing makes it easier.
