I subscribe to this product. The lions mane content is very calming. This like coffee without the jitters. I prepare it in 16 oz tumblers with 4 large ice cubes and sip until noon each day. Its quite refreshing. I also bought an extra bag to be sure l never run out between subscription deliveries … that’s how much I love it … I have had life-lone general anxiety disorder and this greatly helps this old man. This product has been a helpful tool in me finding great strees relief while staying alert.

Let me start with the product claims and my experience. Regarding the caffeine and it's effects, I did not feel jittery or experience a caffeine crash at all. I did feel as if I had mental clarity with less brain fog which is a bonus. The flavor is very nice when mixed with lemonade, which is what I did. I would recommend getting a shaker bottle, protein shaker, or small immersion blender to mix it well; you don't want powder clumps floating around.Overall I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it.

I got this because of the hype on TikToc. It was delivered quickly and I tried it the next day. I got the Strawberry Matcha. I want to mention that I have heart problems so I was a little hesitant to get this because of the 100mg of caffeine.I wanted to try it but I was going to listen to my body at the same time.So I put one scoop ( it comes with a little scooper) in 20 oz water, it says to use 8oz but I thought I could dilute it a bit with more water. The taste was yummy. I started in the morning and finished it by noon. I have to say my mind did feel a little bit clearer, more focused. I some depression so having energy to get moving can be a struggle, but this gave the pick me up I needed. I felt like it kind of suppressed my cravings a bit but this was day one, I didn't feel jittery at all . Night came and I slept horrible. I kept waking up. The next morning I felt ok, my heart felt a little off. So I make another drink and took a couple of sips. My heart started to have strong palpitations. So I stopped drinking it and started drinking lots of water. The next day I was feeling better and I slept really good the night before. So I recommend talking to your primary Dr or Cardiologist before using this product. If you don't have health problems then this is a great product. I just recommend listening to your body.

I just made the pina colada one just now literally for the first time and I made it with reduced milk 2% milk. I made it in my portable Ninja blender which holds 18 oz so I did 2 scoops it tastes nice might be too sweet for some people however. The smell is great not overpowering so that’s a plus for me. Now reason why I gave it 3 stars is because I believe it comes in an 11.6oz resealable bag however when I opened it— it was not even half full and then I transferred it to a clear container and was truly disappointed in how much we get considering what we are paying and I just hope that this does what it is supposed to do. I’m 25 about to be 26 in September so that is one reason why I am trying to lose weight. I will be working out alongside drinking this tea. Another reason why I am hoping that this will help me to lose weight is because I know that when I go to consultation for my Breast Reduction surgery, they are going to tell me that I need to lose weight so that the surgery can be that much safer. The third reason I want to lose weight and therefore hope that this tea alongside my workout routine will help is because I have one kid already who is five years old and I’m hoping that in February 2026 I can start trying for Baby number two and I would like to be in good shape and healthy When I start to try and then get pregnant. And last but not least I just wanna be healthy. I want to feel healthy. I don’t want to feel tired all the time. I don’t wanna feel exhausted after climbing four to six flights of stairs.

The product is great, I ordered and subscribed to receive this product monthly, I love the results. My issue is with Amazon I received a sealed EMPTY envelope and the just offered a refund, when I reordered the product the delivery date is 5/30- 6/08. That’s nearly a month after my original delivery. Customer service failed, I just wanted the product!

I love this stuff! The first day I took it, I drank it like a normal drink. I still ate normally, I usually snack throughout the day. The next day, I had less desire to eat, when I did eat I ate less than half my food. I had less desire to eat but kinda still ate from habit, I guess I was used to snacking often. By the 3rd day, I had very little appetite and noticed I wasn't hungry just accustomed to eating when everyone else ate. Throughout me taking this product I maintained good energy. I have been eating less and still feel satisfied, I'm on day 4.

I've been drinking these for a month. Can confirm that they work in giving you more alertness and it curbs my appetite. In the last month I've lost 7lbs. I'm not on a diet nor am I working out. I also like that drinking these gets fluids into my system that isn't coffee or diet coke.Strawberry is the best. Peach Mango is also good, but VERY sweet and you'll have to dilute with more water. AVOID Pina Colada. It tastes like chemicals.Overall, I've enjoy the benefits of this product and will continue to purchase it.
