For whatever reason my wrists react to the silicon band that came with my Instinct 2. At first I thought I may have gotten poison ivy on my wrist after seeing the blisters and feeling the itchiness. Every day I'd have to switch wrists to give my irritated wrist a break and it was really hurting my enjoyment of the watch. After looking through a number of wrist bands I decided on this one due to it not being velcro and the seemingly hearty strap construction. 100% glad I did. Aside from when I take showers my watch has not left my wrist for three weeks. No itching no irritation. It was easy to install and it looks even more rugged in person. My only negative is if the band gets wet it takes time to dry...might try a hair dryer next time to speed it up. Also, the band is stiff when you first get it. So I recommend spending some time loosening it up by bending it around or roll it up and put it under some weight for a bit.

Great replacement band for my Garmin Instinct watch!! Easy to put on, rugged looking and very solid quality. I actually prefer this new band compared to the original Garmin band that came with it.

Good quality seem like it’s going to last longer than a standard garmin band

I was skeptical about not using a factory original watch band on my Instinct Tactical, but am pleasantly surprised. The band appears to be of good quality, was easy to install and looks good! The color is a good match for the tan of my watch.
