Q: I used to buy this all the time it’s sooo yummy, but now all the sudden it shows they can’t ship to our area anymore. Not sure why but I’m so sad!

Try buying directly from the vendor. The new time distance equation makes shipment safety questionable. Try other frozen cookie options by Googling frozen cookie dough. I am a “Cookie Monster “ and have tried many different Vendors. Make it a cookie adventure.. Happy baking!

Every order of our Preformed Frozen Dough comes in a 2 pack. Each box has approx 48 pcs of dough. Each box is only one flavor, so for this item, you would receive one box of approx 48 Chocolate Chunk and one box of approx 48 Oatmeal Raisin for a total of approx 96 pcs.

Q: How are the cookies shipped so that they stay frozen? Or is the dough non-refrigerated?

No, they aren't. HOWEVER, I found them to be shipped well, baked up easily, and those who ate them found them delicious. (Church ran a cookie gift box giveaway to the local first responders, I baked for it, and they were an excellent product and much, much easier than scratch. Happy with my purchase.
