The book has lot of positive ideas for self improvement. I initially found that the author takes time to come to a point and focussing on unnecessary things like the accident and the relationship between brother and sister. But that is what makes it an easy read giving the concepts in a story mode. Many of the points are for general development and not just for family life. Some of the concepts are spiritual like listening to the inner voice and finding one's purpose in life.I also like the fact that the author quotes many things from various books he has read which makes it a collection of positive thoughts and energy,I liked this book better than 'The Monk who sold his Ferrari'.
