Oh my goodness this herbal tea is fantastic. 5 stars are not enough to rate it. I used to think that a high quality matcha tea was the best tea on the planet until i tried this. It makes me feel so good and energized. Not only is it healthy but it tastes amazing even without a sweetener!. If i drink it in the evening it promotes a deep and restful sleep. It is better than ashwagandha. It relieves stress and it is a powerful adaptogen. I highly recommend this product and na'vi organics.

I want to share my experience using this product. I have been using this tea since November 2019 and I have to say that this product is a blessing for women. My period have been regular all my life but after my 40s started to be irregular, sometimes I had to wait 3/5 months to have my period again. I thought I was on my pre-menopause.... I started drinking this tea and it really helps to have my period every month, then I stopped it for 3 months and the problem started again. I bought the tea, and to be honest, after a week my period is back and ease the symptoms of the menopause.I drink two or three cups a day, for sure 1 cup before go to bed.

I bought this tea since Chinese medicinal sources suggest that it increases the immune system and helps coping with stress and fatigue.The tea has a slightly sweet taste, very different compared with the green teas. I kile it and it makes me feel good.
