These don't fix everything, but if you battery acid is dead, this is the cure.
My golf cart batteries were only two years old, but they just wouldn't hold a charge. A friend came over with a battery acid tester, and my acid was dead. I ordered a set of Restore, and it really made a difference. Now they hold a charge like new batteries. I know that this won't fix everything, but if your battery acid is dead, this is a cheap solution, instead of just replacing batteries.

Made no difference.
Easy enough to do, unfortunately, it didn't make a bit of difference. My batteries were three years old, which was all they were guaranteed for. They hadn't been run dry, only wouldn't fully recharge. Still won't.

I was hoping….
I sure was hoping this would bring them back to life. Always took good care of my batteries, but my batteries were 7 yrs old. It sure was worth a try!!

Works GREAT as long as your batteries have life in them.
Like the headline says, Works GREAT as long as your batteries have life in them. 36V golf cart with 6 6volt batteries that would take a full 6.3-6.4 volt charge but not holding charge very long. (about 1/3 normal run time) Batteries are 4.5 years old and maintained. I followed the directions adding 2 ounces of fluid to each cell (3 cells per battery) Bottles are 8 ounces total, so I filled the almost empty bottle with fresh distilled water and distributed evenly between the cells until bottle was empty then topping off. After 2 charges, I noticed an immediate difference. After 4 charges, I can run around the campground all weekend without recharging where I was recharging every day. ABSOLUTELY worth every penny even if I only get 1 extra year out of the batteries. I assume from negative reviews, some people are expecting miracles from dead or dried batteries. Dead is dead but if you still have healthy cells but losing run time, definitely give this a try. Worked wonders for me.

My batteries were too far gone.
Didn’t work in this case. Suggestions on use would help.

I AM AMAZED! (Isn't chemistry fun!?)
As the manufacturer says, “it’s worth a try”. In my case it worked beautifully! These are the steps that I took to help ensure success…you may know a better way…this is just my way considering I have a lot of experience with batteries.First, disconnected all the batteries from each other so they could be treated as individuals.Next, opened them up one at a time and added the 2 ounces of fluid to each cell.Topped off with distilled water as required.Repeated the above for a 6 batteries.Charged each battery independently with a trickle charger (this step, I feel, is very important…it gives each battery a chance to come back to its nominal level)Reconnected all the batteries in series and then made the final connections to the cart.Suggestion, use terminal protector spray to help avoid corrosion at the terminals.Charged with the cart charger as per usual.WORKS GREAT!I was at a point where I could barely get down my driveway! Now I can run around our 6 acres just as I did when the batteries were new.BTW, I own a 36 Volt TXT (2002) that was purchased second hand about 5 years ago. At that time, I replaced the batteries, and the cart has been great until recently. I decided to try this product first in lieu of spending a small fortune on new batteries. I’m very glad I did!

Not Good
This did absolutely nothing for my 6 golf cart 6 volt batteries. Plus, it was sure a heck of a mess and dangerous to take out the electrolyte with a suction "baster"down to the top of the cell plates as this says to do before adding this. This was not worth the time or money. Oh well.

Dont bother, test first.
Didnt work. Have cells tested before you buy this. It made zero difference.
