Worst phone I've ever owned
Don't buy this phone, it's very slow and battery don't last about the only thing good about this phone is it's not easily broken.

Great responsive and tough phone
I'm not a phone fanatic but did shop around for the best bang for the buck for a camera that can survive my work environment and this one is doing great so far. The metal frame of the phone is really tough and the build quality is nice. The sapphire screen is really holding up compared to sub $100 dollar phones I've had break in the past in my pocket when simply carrying heavy equipment or fumbles when trying to answer it while working. I also added an aftermarket screen cover on top of that already tough screen and also a plastic skin/case that makes it even more impact resistant so I'm sure those also are helping but not sure they are really necessary. I was just tired of phones crumbling over time in my pocket when doing maintenance and mechanical work so I bought the screen and skin/cover at the same time as the phone even though they seemed like overkill when I put them all together. The only quibble I've had are that non-system apps don't have control over the LED color like some other phones which is not big deal, though it would be nice to have a different color for different texters/callers so one could separate out the important stuff without unlocking the phone fully. The fingerprint unlock is nice and works well. The physical navigation buttons are also great. I haven't immersed the phone but like that it is designed for it which gives it a satisfactory amount of overkill for my life. I don't have to baby it around water and never worry about a bit, or even a lot, of spray when boating, working with plumbing, or getting caught in the rain

Phone came locked.
Needed a different phone model because we are switching cell carriers. Phone came locked even though said it would be unlocked and as we were mid carrier, no one could unlock it. Worthless to me and wasted several hours of my time figuring it out.

This was a refurbished purchase
It's refurbished. The rear lense is all scratched, no good for taking pics.Finger print recognition stopped working,Over all not real impressed. Went back to my S6. It's more reliable.

NO instructions, Rugged item was broken just trying to get the sim card in.
I bought this for my disabled brother. There was NO paperwork with it to tell him how to install the sim. He got it installed but in the process broke the case. This thing is supposed to be rugged and he should not have been able to break it. I don't think he put alot of pressure on it trying to open it, he's not a forceful kind of man. HOWEVER, if he'd received instructions on how to open it to install his sim, he wouldn't have broken it. He finally figured out you have to take screws out to get your sim in. How can it be truly sealed if you have to unscrew something to get the sim in. I paid alot for this, but he was ill and didn't get to it in the time a return was possible. So HUNDREDS of dollars just up in smoke.
