To be clear: This review is for the HIGH SPOUT model and its inherent faults.As shown in photos, a tiny clip is the difference between the spout shooting off from mere water pressure, or staying put.This clip is a weak part of an otherwise sturdy design which makes this tap such a delicate faff that myself and a professional plumber were cursing and spending 30 minutes trying to fit a tiny piece of metal into the spout.The clip still does not fit, meaning the tap works, but not as well as a new £66 tap should.Also, you'll need 2 specific Grohe 46914000 46914000-15mm x 3/8‘‘ UK Compression Fittings in order to use this in the UK for the tap tails. These will cost a further £8, though GROHE fail to mention this.I would either go for the low spout, which nobody seems to struggle with, or save yourself the hassle and buy something with a cleaner design.

Could not fault in any way. Eccentric tap mounting works really well in allowing access to sinks and quality of product shines through. Very smooth operation from moment of installation and yes, you do need to buy the adaptors! Spout attachment reflects precision engineering and requires precision fitting of internal washer so be prepared if installing yourself!! Admired by all the family .....daughter and son in law are going to buy one as soon as they move into their new house!!

a very sub standard product, flexible hose too small, too long so readily kinks and plastic inner tube remains kinked/damaged, Grohe should review this product as seriously lowers their usually high standards. I didn't even get to use this tap as a struggle to fit by workman, Grohe can do better than this, usually happy with their other products but not his one.

Good quality nice looking high nozzle for big pots

Despite buying all the fittings etc the tap didn't fit!It's a great tap but may not fit crappy UK sinks!
