High quality faucet at a great price.
Great product at just the right price. It was an extra touch of care that an extra piece (ie washer or gasket) was included for everything. The installation instructions were easy and it installed as nice as it looked. My only question was why the faucet was made so that turning the handles inward turned off the water as opposed to outward. Maybe it was just me, but almost all bathroom sinks I’ve installed have the handles turning inward to turn on and outward to turn off. This was opposite.

High quality sink
Got a new place and wanted to replace the sink so I bought this. Makes things sooo much easier when washing and filling pots for cooking.

Very good faucet. I’d recommend and buy another one in the future.
The media could not be loaded. I really like the way this faucet works and functions. It was pretty easy to install. Instructions are clear. There is an adjustment so that you can adjust the pipe connector distance to match the distance between the holes in your sink The quality is very good. Good solid metal. It definitely not that cheap pot metal you see on some faucets. I like the feature of being able to spray or use the regular faucet. It is a nice looking faucet too. It looks like it will last a very long time and will be very useful. I can’t think of anything bad to say about the sink, 100% satisfied.

Commercial faucet.
Little hard to install and not have a leak but overall it’s a good faucet.EDIT TO ADD: Both phalanges that connect the faucet to the sink snapped off within days of installation. Customer service through Amazon was not existent had to email company and they offered a $35 compensation. I had to order a completely new faucet kit. Final expense for a WORKING faucet was well of $400.

You can trust them if you have problem
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE FAUCET…...So why do I rate it 5 stars? Best customer service. They replied immediately to my emails, asked for a picture of the defective part[s] and quickly sent the replacements. You can trust these people. This unit was installed in my rental unit. Makes the whole kitchen look classy. Is the quality good? In my home I have a Kohler $750 faucet and a $872 Hansghe Potfiller and would describe them as indestructible, this MSTRY sink faucet is as good looking as they are, the chrome finish on the MSTRY faucet is fantastic, but feel/mechanics seem a little less durable, but I admit, the MSTRY faucet is great for its price.
