This is not a book designed to work alongside modern medicine
I was looking for a book based on research to work alongside modern medicine, this is a book for people who don’t want to go down that route eg chemotherapy. I would not have bought this book if I’d known that. I also couldn’t find anything on the web to suggest the author is still around. Definitely did not find this book helpful
