missing bracket for stabilizer
Hi ordered this in august for my wee girls christmas sadly due to weather its been in the box but iv opened it tonight and built it up very impressed except the bracket to one of the stabilizers is missing which is making the stabilizer wonky and unable to be used, hoe can i get the missing part please thanks

My two year old granddaughter was more than excited to receive this on Christmas Day, unfortunately is was impossible to construct as there was a vital part (the positioning sleeve on the rear axle was missing, there was only one and should have been two). I had to manufacture one myself a couple of days later, it was easier to do that than return it, etc. The bike is now assembled corrrectly, it feels quite flimsy and will not take much normal wear and tear that a toddler can inflict, it is only designed to be used for one year so I guess that is why. Doesnt feel like good value for money and sadly my granddaughter still has to ride it as we live 100 miles apart. A greatly disappointing purchase.

Need new peddle
The bike is great but one of the peddles has been poorly manufactured and needs replacing as it doesn’t lock into place properly and is very stiff the turn which makes it hard for my daughter to ride

Granddaughter loves it
Easy to assemble.Larger frame means it's a bit big (despite only having 10in wheels) for my 2.5yr old granddaughter to use independently - doesn't stop her trying though

Don't waste your time! Absolute pile if rubbish
Seat wouldn't tighten and kept moving it wasn't safe. Was difficult to assemble. Will be returning. Returned item and haven't received a refund they aren't acknowledging that it has been returned and are sayin I have received the item. It was sent back in 5th of may and has been received from evris end. Do not buy from this buyer as they are not straight forward with a refund.

Stabilizers dont sit level
I bought this for my daughter for christmas and the stabilizers wont go level and the bike fell sideways with her on it :( luckily I was next to her and was trying it out in the house 1st!
