Well used, needed a little cleaning, and LCD display has blemishes
I have not gotten it configured and tested yet, but while the cords seemed new and the handset is maybe new, the phone body had schmutz in a few places, mute/volume legends were worn off, and the display has multiple blemishes. But, I knew that I was buying refurbished and as long as the phone works when I get it configured it will do the job at a good price of less than $30.

Really Old versions Avaya EOL was Dec 8 2014
Thought deal was too good to be true and I was correct. Physical condition was poor- buttons yellowed and phone stopped working after 1 day when R11 Bin files were pushed to phone. Cannot get it to register any longer.You get what you pay for.
