Q: I can’t get this to turn on. Battery is in, read the manual. Am I missing something?

Are you sure you have a good battery? If you do and pushing any of the buttons doesn't turn it on then you may have a bad unit.

Q: Where do the headphones plug in? I see two outputs at the top. Do the headphones plug into one output and the other one remains open?

The headphones plug into the 2 plug in's on the amplifier. Don MyHearGear

Q: Does this show heart rate on the screen?

Mine doesn’t have a screen, so no.

Q: Can this be used with Bluetooth capable bte hearing aids?

I have the same question about bte (bluetooth enabled) hearing aides. someone answered with a different question about headphones, that everyone replied to. Is this device bluetooth compatible.
