Very effective. I use it for back pain. While massaging for 10 minutes, the pain is reduced by 70% and keeping it all night relieves it totally. Just one application makes this difference to me. I also used for leg cramps.

This oil is worth its weight in gold
This oil is a god- sent. Believe it. I literally entered a spiritual realm after applying it. It relieved my carpel tunnel pain in hand. And lower back ache. And shoulder ache from sitting in front of computer for work. This oil is a god sent. Ayurvedic is interrwined with spiritualism.
