I did tons and tons of research before I purchased these. And all that research paid off. I have never felt better and I can tell when I miss a day or two. I am not the healthiest of eaters and these have definitely keeps my body on the right track. On the days I forget to take them I can definitely tell the difference and my immune is so much better now! I take 2 a day for the past 6 years and it has made such a improvement in my health!

Having a gastric bypass surgery many years ago these vitamins were recommended by my doctor. They have been a staple ever since then enough that I have them on "Auto orders"

I love the percentage of vitamins in each pill. I generally have low iron, so having that extra iron percentage seemed to really help. I definitely have been more productive, but I did notice that if i take a full vitamin daily, i have a hard time sleeping at night. I have switched to half daily and still really enjoy the product.

This bottle is terrible had to cut into it because for the life of me we couldn’t get the top off 😫
