Bought this for my son for Christmas & was great but within 3 months its just stopped working, (nothing to do with us its been well looked after) it won't charge or anything, my son is gutted.

Great little scooters.I bought a pair for 2 kids - one 7yrs and one 8yrs and they're a good size, leaving plenty of room to extend both the handlebar and saddle heights.They're quite nippy things, with quick acceleration, although not too much for a child to handle!Charging times are much faster than expected. Probably under 2 hours.They've been used on an almost 2 mile round trip, so far.Upon delivery there was a problem with one of them only switching on intermittently.The seller was excellent to deal with, giving very fast email responses and resolving the problem immediately without quibble.I would highly recommend this seller and product, too.EDIT:Approximately 10 months on from date of purchase.Since my original review about my purchase and excellent experience with resolving an issue with 1 of the 2 scooters I purchased (above) I have since experienced a problem with the 2nd scooter from my purchase - nearly 1 year on!!Again, I found the company to be extremely courteous, helpful and very prompt at replying to emails.My emails were replied to by the following working day and a resolution was reached extremely quickly.I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so having dealt with this excellent company.I can honestly say that they are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with!Dealing with a company after a purchase can very often be a frustrating process.This company treats you, the customer, exactly how you would hope to be treated, going the extra mile to ensure that you are a happy customer!!Such a breathe of fresh air these day!!Very highly recommended !!(I am not connected to this company in any way other than a normal customer!)

Surprisingly sturdy and quiet!
It even come charged enough to complete a 1 mile ride - only time will tell with performance and battery and belt longevitiy but for now it ticked all the boxes and full satisfaction for my 7year old daughter. BTW I was able to ride on it myself with 80+kg!I got my daughter's yesterday and using the allen keys and the spanners you can tighten to get so rigid. At least this was case with my daughters and she's rode it well for 5 miles since received yesterday evening!!!This just thrills my daughter and can't wait to ride each time.Report by some here to say its not sturdy might just be that they 've not tightent the saddle well on bioth ends but that is not the reason to give bad reports due to buyers weakness....

Nice scooter for kids
It is a good electric scooter for kids a bit heavier than i thought but my could manage as it is electric. The only downside is the i have to say it the sharp edges which can cause cut easily and need to be covered. My boy loves it.
