Was craving indian chaat. This masala worked perfectly.I used these ingredients: 1 can of chickpeas (rinsed), half-1 medium boiled potato, 2 tbsp diced tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1-2 tbsp chopped cilantro, half tsp concentrated tamarind paste, a bit of salt, half-1 tsp cumin powder, half-1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder and 1 tsp of this chaaat masala. A bit of sweetened yogurt thinned with water as topping. Perfect sweet, salty, tart, filing and healthy snack.

Not as flavorful as homemade but will work in a pinch.
I found this mix to be kind of one note and anyone who knows Indian food and spices would say that is the exact opposite of what you want.....do I regret buying this product? No. Will I buy it again? No. Did it do it's just....well, yeah.

Contrary to the allergy warning on the box "May contain traces of sulphite" this actually has a distinctly sulphurous odor and flavor. Maybe it will cook out when used in a hot dish, but as a post cooking seasoning this is a good deal less than amazing.
