Revision Military Hellfly Ballistic Sunglasses

Styling is terrible. Not as it looks online. Feels flimsy. The lens is great. The accessories are great but not needed for sunglasses of this caliber. NOT worth $50 even with accessories.CHANGE OF OPINION!!!! After having this product, the styling is not all bad. Although it is light weight and felt "flimsy" at first turns out to be very comfortable, flexible and sturdy frames and the lenses are polarized and very strong. The accessories are nice. They do keep the glasses in top shape. They do not fog and are cool and comfortable though form fitting. I think it is great product but still may not be worth $50.00. Jury is still out.

I'm not the kind of person who takes good care of their glasses (which is why I usually buy the cheap pairs), and I have not taken good care of these. That being said, these glasses are still in very good condition. They are difficult to scratch, they hold their shape, and the lenses stay put. After using and abusing these glasses for the last year, I can say with confidence that I will purchase these again (assuming this pair ever wears out).

So, I'm super picky about how my shades fit. I'm hard on them, and out and about all the time. I purchased these because of the claims they were scratch-resistant, and would last. They fit me well, and that's important.As for the scratch-resistant, it's better than wal-mart, and worse than lots of other stuff. But for the price point, it's ok.My huge beef is that the nosepiece seems to dissolve. They are using plastic/rubber that is not remotely sunscreen resistant, and even seems to dissolve and become gooey just from sweating on it. Come on! These are SUNGLASSES! Need to be sunscreen compatible!

Good sun/safety glasses overall. The greatest thing about these are that they protect from the sun really well, without making everything really dark. I particularly like how closely they wrap around the face to protect your eyes from both the sun as well as any objects that may fly at your eyes. The reason I knocked a star off is because they did scratch somewhat more easily than I expected them to. Decent for the price, and really nice as sunglasses, however it does not take a lot of stress to put a scratch in them. Despite the scratch I can still see out of them pretty well, I use them more for driving than for work that requires visual details because of that.

Fantastic sunglasses!I needed some sunglasses that were wrap around (to prevent side glare and dust from projects) and were durable safety type glasses. These fit the bill perfectly and are very comfortable. I have done a lot of wood, metal and electronics work with them when outdoors/in bright lighting (they *are* sunglasses), gone to the rifle range and generally wear them everywhere I need sunglasses/safetys. After 2 years of Florida heat and everyday use, the nosepiece wore out, and the rubber on the arms started to go, I contacted Revision and they were very helpful in getting this addressed for me. The ones that I got are the black, with smoked non-polarized lenses so I can read electronic screens whatever the orientation.TL;DR: Great product, great support from company.10/10, would buy again.

Very flexible frames feel like they'll be tough and not easily broken. The lenses could be a little darker but they are still very good. The adjustable nosepiece is a nice feature. The glasses hug your face and stay on securely. The hard case is very nice and one of the main reasons I bought these as I hate leaving glasses around unprotected when not in use. I hike and bike and travel and the case is very useful in keeping the glasses undamaged. I'll buy them again if they ever get lost or wear out.

Thanks a lot Revision!!!!! NOT!Taking a GREAT Made In USA Design, changing it to a poor design and manufacturing in Taiwan!!! AND advertising as USA Made!WHY???!!!!! Take a GREAT design and foul it up?!Adding the rubber nose piece that gets gooey and makes the glasses last about 6 months....Wasting my time with returns! Scratch Revision off the list of options......Too bad...I LOVE my original pair I've had for 4 years!

Great piece of eye protection and stylish as well. I use them for any outdoor activity including shooting, camping, and even weed eating the lawn. I recently used them while chopping wood with my woodsman pal. There were wood chips flying up and hitting me in the face and head, and I never had one come close to entering my eyes. They are very light while wearing, comfortable, and provide excellent sun protection in strong light. The bag it comes with also functions as a lens cleaner.
