Amdro Central Garden Excel 100522992 Quick Kill Outdoor Insect Killer, 32 oz

I have always been a faithful user of Amdro ant block granules, which applied to house exterior foundation keeps indoor ants away up to 3 months. A ban on the granules here in NY forced me to switch to this Amdro Quick Kill (granular form) which also did a decent job keeping not only ants, but other bugs including earwigs and spiders, out of the house for 3 mos as well.Due to unavailability of Amdro products in local home improvement stores, I saw the good price of this liquid Quick Kill product here on Amazon in the 4-pack group so I bought it. Very simple to prepare and use. There are recommendations for how to mix this concentrated liquid with water then spray in traditional exterminator style, but I have my own application method. I have a small one level ranch style house with no basement, so I find that eight empty one gallon water bottles work very well to mix up a full foundation application. I'm no math expert, by sight I put about three inches height (as you look at the water bottle) then add tepid water to the rest of the gallon, close the cap and shake well. Do this for all eight bottles, be sure caps sealed tightly, then bring them outdoors. I wear 2 pairs of vinyl or latex gloves, a face mask, and clear goggles for protection. Shake each bottle before use, then go around house foundation, splashing the border and trying to extend outward one to two feet on your way. Not too complicated right. Of course when finished, throw all bottles & gloves away.Now the best part, after just two applications (early Spring, and mid summer), ALL bugs are totally gone. It is mid November now, and I have not seen an ant, spider or any other bug in my house all year, it is so wonderful as I am very bug phobic, and had to share about this fabulous product. I will be buying this Amdro four pack in early Spring & have high hopes that the bugs breeding under or around my house foundation will go away again this year, thank you Amdro and Amazon!!

Easy to mix and apply with pump sprayer. Works well on the pesky lawn moths. (The tiny ones that fly up as you walk through the yard).Have had one skeeter bite all summer.

I used more “natural” stuff before and the ants were always winning our war. Now that I bought this the ant invasion has ended. Spray the whole exterior perimeter, and deck. Highly recommend.
