Pretty good - Not perfect.
I attached a photo of what is inside this box. As you can see, you can either mount the wire clamp on the end or on the back. I mounted the clamp on the end. It comes with 4 screws holes for mounting to a wall, however mine only had 3 screws. For the cover, the center screw that is the only screw that holds the cover on (but all that is necessary) and is slightly long and will extend slightly (maybe 2-3 mm) into whatever wall you mount this on. I plan to make a converter cord so I can power the dryer with my generator, so the receptacle will be free standing. and for emergency use, so I am not so concerned with how it looks. The cover fits just a little off to one side, so there will be a metal edge on one side. Not a big problem. How many times do you plug in a dryer anyway? The real business end of this receptacle are the connectors which seem to be well built. The screw clamps are heavy duty and put the screws used inside my dryer to shame. So in summary, It' more than good enough, but they could improve on the details and missing parts problem a bit.

I am not technically inclined but I had someone else install this and it worked for what we needed it to. We recently moved into a new house that had an older plug and we needed to swap out the outlet. We bought this. Shipping was fast, arrived within a week. It was easy to install and works perfectly.
