Great Energy Boost for Active Lifestyles
This energy gel provides a quick carbohydrate boost with added electrolytes, perfect for intense workouts or endurance events. The raspberry lemonade flavour is refreshing and easy to consume on-the-go. It’s convenient, with 20 servings, each in a 60ml sachet. I found it helped sustain energy levels without feeling overly sweet. Ideal for those needing a reliable energy source during exercise.

Good gels. Happy cyclist.
I look for a few things in a gel:- Not too sticky- Pleasant flavour- No horrible effects on my digestionFor reference my preferred brand rhymes with "pie dive". These are as good as those from my point of view.

Energy gels
These energy gels are perfect for any fitness enthusiasts. They fit nicely into the back of my cycling jersey so I can pull one out if I need a boost while out on my bike. I’ve also found that they are great to take as a little energy booster when I go out on a long run.The little packets easily tear open and then you just drink the gel directly from the packet.I found that the raspberry lemonade flavour is really nice and refreshing. I also liked the gel texture that the liquid comes in.

Chemical flavour, no real boost in energy...
I found this product to be really nicely packaged. Given the "sponsor" Hyrox, and the collab with Myprotein Pro, I'd expect nothing less. I've seen the Hyrox and Myprotein Pro collaboration stuff in our local big supermarket, but not tried anything... so this was my first. My usual gel is SiS, which I quite like. Especially for cycling on the colder days, it's a great product. This MP/Hyrox product left me a little disappointed. Firstly, the taste - for me - was pretty odd. It tasted chemical/ artificial, like some sweetened products do, and I didn't really get the raspberry lemonade flavour which sounded delicious! As for the energy boost - I found this disappointing. Usually on cold day rides around 3-4 hrs, I'd take a gel very early on as I find it hard to carb-up before a ride (I get stitch/ indigestion too easy). These gels leave me feeling depleted at the end of the ride, where SiS seem to hit the spot.However... I know a few much more hardy, competitive cyclists who argue and debate about fuelling, and they all have preferences and differing brands they vouch for, so in the spirit of subjectivity, I'm going to score 3/5.

Quick, compact boost of energy
I must admit, I never knew HYROX did merch, so I was very surprised to see these gels, collaboratively produced by HYROX and myprotein.Having said that, it almost makes too much sense that they would make this, considering the context of the HYROX fitness competition. These gels are a great companion for when it comes to long endurance training and/or competitions.Whether its a long run like a marathon or half marathon or a long cycling trip, if you want to keep your pockets, backpack light these gels are an amazing solution. The sachels are easy to open, easy to consume, weigh only 72 grams and pack 117kcal in a single serving. The flavour that I got was raspberry lemonade and the taste reflected that.At the time of writing this box is £25 and contains 20 sachels, working out to £1.25 per sachel. Whilst this by no means in the cheapest energy gel, I think the price is not outrageous and is reasonable given the names backing the product.Overall, I think these gels by myprotein x HYROX are a decent product and I look forward to using them during my long ventures.

good energy boost
Pretty good gels, though a bit syrupy and tricky to open however might just be this batch.I ended up spilling most of the contents when opening the first time, so they’re not ideal for situations where you only have one hand free, such as on your bike. The taste is okay, but for some reason smells like plasticiser (new car smell). That said, they give a good energy boost and the price is fair. Just be careful with opening them!

Useful
These are definitely useful to have on hand for that extra burst of energy. Provides over 100 calories easy, liquid form which is similar to small, high density snacks so can't complain. The flavours okay if not a little artificial. I'd prefer if there were perforated sides for easy opening of the whole package as there always seems to be some left over and can get quite messy trying to get in at this.
