I really really like this. Its got more potassium than gatorade and price per serving is very reasonable.The taste is well, ok. Actually I like the taste too, but its not my wifes favorite. I drink it to help with cramps at night and have some premade in the fridge (using old water bottles) so quick access when the night time cramps happen. It works.I got this after trying the sample pack, but I'll tell you, if you get cramps, just buy this stuff. Don't expect it to taste like fancy fru dru drink though, its not, its a supplement.Six/ Five stars. Probably the best product I've bought off Amazon.

Loved the original without sugar - it had 50 servings, and came with a tiny scoop. This stuff only has 19 servings, comes with a huge scoop, AND each serving has 15g of sugar in it! That’s almost 4 teaspoons! Didn’t open it, but cannot return it.

Seems to work okay. My one complaint would be that it's extremally salty. The salt overpowers the flavor. I would not use a bottle of this alone. I mix this in one of my bottles and keep plain water in the other to wash it down.

I don’t usually write reviews but this product deserves one. It tastes great and keeps me hydrated all day long at work and when working out. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take hydration to the next level!.Most hydration drinks or powders out there are high on other electrolytes such as sodium which in my case makes me retain a lot water and don’t feel that hydrated at all. This doesn’t do that and I feel great! My thirst goes away big time after drinking one serving!

This stuff is fantastic. I work out a lot, and I’d been having an issue with cramps, especially leg cramps in the middle of the night. I’d been having electrolyte drinks and I regularly take a magnesium supplement, but my sports nutritionist recommended I look for something potassium-specific. A lot of sports/hydration powders are sodium and magnesium heavy, with less potassium. Since finding this product I haven’t had a single leg cramp, not one. The flavor is mild but enjoyable, and the effectiveness for muscle health is unbeatable. So glad I found this!
