Very little visual content
This book was very underwhelming.. I was expecting visuals examples on kettle bell workouts. It was just a log book for completely a full series of kettle bell workouts that had no visual explanations. There was a large portion of QR codes that could be scanned at the back of the book for examples of the workout, but at that point, couldn’t you just look it up on your own without purchasing the example book?

QR codes don’t work
I like the book except that the YouTube QR codes do not work. That part is lame because they advertise on the front of the book that you can scan the QR codes to watch videos of exercises. Good workouts though.

Great Guide for Your Own At Home Kettlebell Workout!
This is a very helpful book. I like exercising with a kettlebell but I had no ability to create a home workout. This book provides regular, progressive full body workouts plus links to instructional videos for all the exercises. Awful. Nothing g but a journal with Pnly qr codes.
The media could not be loaded. Awful and incredibly disappointing! Do not waste your time and money! Nothing but a journal with QR codes for exercises. Awful, Awful, Awful. Returning to Amazon. Very upset! The QR codes go to YouTube. YouTube is free, the book cost money and shipping for YouTube, makes no sense!!!!
