I love them. I have them all!
Really easy to follow. I can write my results so I can track over time. Gives me QR codes at the back of the books that link to how to videos if I’m not familiar with the movements. I love competing against my old scores and reps now. Makes me excited to work out

The QR codes are a great addition to see examples of exercise. Great book to hold yourself accountable for staying on track!

PRETTY GOOD BOOK
Various workouts that don't require any equipment. Pretty good plans AND qr codes with videos for each excercise. Wonderful!

What does “for time of” mean??
Every single exercise it says “for time of”. Whaaaat does that mean??Zero direction just a list of stuff and not clear what to do on what day.Could someone from the company respond?If not, going to return and get my $10 back.

Disappointed
This book doesn’t have images of the exercises, like the Habit Nest journals. Now I have to google the exercises/video to see how it’s properly done.Had I known this I would’ve purchased this book.This is a disappointment and a waste of money!
